Production Process

Step 1

Milled lumbers are dried in a kiln to evaporate moisture and strengthen its structure from rot
and damages.

Step 4

Crafting

The dried lumbers are cut, sanded, assembled, and finished to the intended design and order quantity.

Step 5

Quality Control

The finished batches are assessed for any production imperfections by our internal or third-party QC inspector.

Step 6

Packing

Finished orders are packaged for safe and secure delivery by the forwarder of your choice.
